Die Making –
We have 3 CNC milling machines. CAD / CAM is done using Unigraphics, Solid Edge, Die-defice & Vericut softwares. We make about 3 to 4 dies a Month in – house.

Diecasting –
We have 17 High Pressure Diecasting Machines which ranges from 90 tonne to 800 tonne. We produce castings of weight ranging from 4 gms. to 7.5 kgs. The furnaces are individual holding and melting for specific alloy with necessary controls. At present we cast LM6, AlSi132, ADC12, & their equivalent alloys. Machines are replaced or upgraded regularly & the systems are ISO / TS 16949 : 2002 compliant. |

Machining –
We have 6 CNC machines which include 4 (VMC) machining centers & 2 turning centers. We also have dedicated subcontractors to vendor out machining operations. |

Finishing / Post processes –
In-house finishing processes are Trimming, Shotblasting, Vibro-deburring, Anodizing and Vacuum Impregnation. We also have in-house mechanised washing machine & a dedicated leaktest machine for the castings to be leaktested. Subcontracted processes are Powder coating, Lacquering, & Chromotizing. |
