We have 17 High Pressure Die Casting Machines which ranges from 350 Ton to 1650 Ton. We produce Castings of weight ranging from 300 gms to 15.00 Kgs. The furnaces are individual holding and melting for specific alloy with necessary controls. At present we cast Al239, AlSi10Cu2Fe (ADC12), AlSi 12 / AlSi 12 Fe (LM6), AlSi8Cu3Fe (LM24) & AlSi132, Al239, A413, Silafont 36 alloys Machines are replaced or upgraded regularly as per IATF 16949 :2016.
